The User Manager is available in the Premium plans. In the User Manager you can assign different roles to different users and control what actions they can perform in a project.
Roles are project based, so one translator can have different access levels in different projects.
You can also invite users from user manager. First search the username or by e-mail, if the user is not found you can invite her to the project. Some limitations exist how many searches and invites you can do in an hour/day.
You can ask your translators to sign up to your project by giving your project address. If they don't have an account, they will end to sign up page where they can either log in or sign up. We will also ask few questions from translators, for example their translation experience etc and preferred languages if you wish to have more details about them.
You will then see these requests in your project where you can either grant the access or deny it:
You can copy users in your organization hub "Team" tab between projects. Simply drag the team you wish to copy to the project and you are done. Roles will stay exactly same on the target project.
