How to know my project word count?
The trial doesn't have any limits and it will help you to decide
which plan is right for you.
Do I need multiple projects?
Typically you need one project for one product. Let's say you have Android, iPhone, Windows Phone and Web version of your product, you need only one project
as you can upload all of those files into a single project. This also means that you don't need to translate them separately, all translations are automatically syncrhonized between
your files.
How words are calculated?
Words cover your whole project, from master files to translations. If you have an application with 500 words and you wish to translate them to 5 languages, it
approximately will require 2500 words. This means that Micro plan is a sufficient choice for you.
What happens if my project gets full?
You will get an e-mail warning about the situation. We won't immediately delete or prevent translators from working. You can then either remove some content to free
space or then upgrade to bigger plan.
What's the difference of assigned user and crowd-translator?
Assigned user is the user you've assigned a role in Get Localization user manager. Possible roles are adminstrator, developer, moderator and translator. Crowd-translator
can translate the content freely in a public project. However, assigned user always has more power than normal crowd-translators.
Can I get quote for professional translation work?

Can I bring my own translators?
Of course! It's not mandatory to buy translations from us, it's just an additional service we want to offer for your convenience. You can invite who ever you wish to translate
your content, your own users or even other translation agencies.
What is the organization hub?
Organization hub allows you to manage multiple projects easily from a single view, i.e. share users, translation memories and glossaries between multiple projects. You can also
define your own domain name (e.g.
translate.abc.com
) which is easily shared within your team or company.
